Hey everyone, I’m Brandon! I’m a meditation coach and guide. I combine mindfulness meditation and energy healing to create an integrative coaching space for others to consciously work through blockages, fears, and limited beliefs holding them back from living a life aligned to their highest Self. By practicing presence together, going beyond the mind and into our bodies, we can cultivate a flow state of being that nurtures our energy and uplifts our spirit. I am here to embody, inspire, and share love <3. When I’m not facilitating meditation, I’m exploring nature around the world, spending quality time with loved ones, looking for another property to buy, joining new communities, or getting lost in a book.
